While typically our interests are in commercial architecture, occasionally, the single family residence is a good fit for our firm. Most common homes do not legally require or commonly demand the service of a Licensed Architect, there are scenarios where an Architect is the right instrument. That can be the desire for a more contemporary structure, something truly custom, or a complex site condition.
