Callas Tavern & Restaurant

The renovation of Callas Tavern & Restaurant brings together a rich history and a nostalgic palette to create an elevated and timeless dining experience. Working in close collaboration with local restauranteur, Travis Tong, we carefully curated and repurposed multiple items and elements to develop an early twentieth century look and feel. Guests can have their choice of the ornate and detailed bar, sit in the open dining area where the walls portray local history, or tuck away in the corner overlooking the entire establishment. Callas delivers an atmosphere unlike any other, with the food to match.
