Smiths Grove Commercial Complex (Proposed)

As a part of the master planning of a roughly 9-acre development, our team has proposed this renovation to an existing ± 18,000sf building. Our concept relies on opening the middle of the building up, creating a covered walkway and adding to the total number of leasable storefronts as well as creating a pedestrian friendly experience on the site.
